Our award winning vintages vary from season to season with estate vinifera and hybrid varieties, and sometimes other varieties which we have purchased.
Traditionally we have created

Trotter White   (a white blend),
Red Oak Creek (De Chaunac),
Sunset White   (Seyval Blanc),
Red Oak Creek (Traminette and Norton blend).
In some years we make reserve wines (a reserve wine is a higher-quality wine that winemakers have set aside for a superior vintage or aged longer than standard bottles), and in some years we make blends. We have also made cider and sparkling wine.
